摘要
Abstract
This paper describs the principle of measuremenling high-current of resistance spot welding based on Hall-effect.Using Hall devices designs the secondary current sensor. Using resistance strain seneor measured electrode preasure.The device is installed in the eylinder.Both of sensors are calibrated using the linear regression method.Experimental results show that the current measurement method and the built-in resistance strain sensor proposed in this paper can improve the measurement accuracy of the resistance spot welding current and electrode pressure.关键词
