Abstract
In the mountains area,long distance pipelines laying under the surface may work different degrees of bending,the bending pipe pose a hardship to welding repair work.When you repair at the points of welding tensile stress position,cut the welding metal possibly produce new cracks at the incision,then you can use hanging pipe lifting equipment,which can reduce pipe bending so as to reduce pulling stress Jn Zhongwei-Guiyang-tie-line link project,by the analysis of X80 technology of pipeline steel weld repair,the author have sum up the repair method of welding experience and technology in mountain areas,determine to the improve of weld stress,purge welding defects,do the welding of measures,improve the success rate of weld repair.关键词
