摘要

Abstract

LiFePO4/C material was synthesized by spray drying using FePO4·2 H2O and Li2CQO3 as raw materials and glucose as carbon source and reducing agent.The effects of solid content of slurry and feed rate on particle size were investigated.The results of x-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis show that spherical particles synthesized by spray drying has a complete olivine structure.The electrochemical tests of the charge-discharge process at room temperature show that the cathode material has good electrochemical performance.The LiFePO4/C has an initial discharge specific capacity of 144.1,139.2,135.5 mAh/g and 125.1mAh/g at 0.2,0.5,1 C and 3 C rate,respectively.The recycling performance of LiFePO4/C is good.The material discharge capacity remains at 99% after 10 cycles.
