摘要
Abstract
The SnCVgraphite composite material was synthesized by sol-gel.XRD and SEM research indicate that two materials maintained their own characteristic.The electrochemical tests demonstrate that graphite material may enhance the first columbic efficiency and improve the cycle performance of SnO2- The first reversible specific capacity of the compound material (carbon 80%) is 397.2 mAh/g,the first efficiency is 80.9%,and the capacity maintains 71.5% after 50 cycles.关键词
