Abstract
Transparent conductive oxide films (refers to TCO) are widely used.TCO applied in copper indium gallium selenide ( CIGS) thin-film solar cells was introduced in this paper,which was an indispensable part of CIGS solar cells.The transparency,electrical conductivity and its causes,as well as window layer of CIGS solar cells was simply described.Compared ITO with ZAO as transparent conductive thin film,taking ZAO as an example,a brief description of their properties,preparation methods and processes were described and the performance of a large area ZAO films was introduced.关键词
