摘要

Abstract

Using the converse piezoelectric effect generated by the mechanical vibration, ultrasonic motor can complete the electromechanical energy conversion with the advantages of insensitivity to magnetic fields, high torque at a low speed, low noise, fast response, high holding torque when power is off and so on. The ultrasonic motor is suitable for robots, precise positioning device, micro mechanical, aerospace and etc.. DDS is a widely used frequency synthesis technique with the advantages of easy programme control, fine frequency resolution and high digital integration. With ARM as the core of control circuit, the DDS technology was introduced to produce ultrasonic motor output waveform signal, which effectively solved some problems, such as the uncontrollability by programming for phase and frequency, the lower digital integration level, the larger size and the higher power consumption and so on.
