摘要

Abstract

Lead-acid battery is a secondary battery which has the largest output and is most widely used in chemical power, and its extensive research in recent years makes this technology develop gradually toward "improving performance" and 'long life". The different additives used in the lead-acid battery plates and electrolyte additives are found to have some effects on the battery's physical body, its electrochemical properties and its life. The development process and basic principles of the positive and negative additives of the lead-acid battery and the electrolyte additives was outlined, and the research about the positive and negative additives of the lead-acid battery and the electrolyte additives at home and aboard were also summarized.
