Abstract
Fault line selection based onβ and y modulus of with neutral non-effectively grounded system (NNG) is complex and fault line selection based on phase current traveling wave can not select fault phase. A novel fault line and phase selection method, which uses the result of current initial traveling wave and deduces the ratio relationship of β and y modulus, was proposed in the paper. The algorithm can analyze faults on- line by determining the ratio of modulus maxima of phase current initial traveling wave and modulus. It is applied in the systems with two-phase or three-phase TAs and meets different site conditions. Simulation results show that the proposed method is correct and available.关键词
