Consistency Analysis and Optimization of Black-start Group Decision-making Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Distance
摘要
Abstract
Most existing researches on power system black-start decision-making focus on the selection of appropriate black-start decision-making algorithms. The consistency of black-start decision-making results, and the adjustments of indexes' weights and experts' weights have not yet received much attention. Against such a background, an intuitionistic fuzzy distance based method is presented to analyze the consistency of black-start group decision-making results. To optimize the consistency of black-start group decision-making results, the weights of indexes as well as those of experts are adjusted after each round of decision-making is carried out, until a decision-making result with an acceptable consistency is achieved. Finally, an actual exan~ple is used to demonstrate the characteristics of the proposed method.关键词
