Abstract
The digital control is the development trend of future power supply. A ZVS phase-shifted full-bridge PWM controlled DC/DC converter in peak current control mode was designed using TI's digital power control chip TMS320F28027. The main circuit of phase-shifted full-bridge converter was designed adding the clamping diode and resonant inductance in primary side, the working principle of inhibiting voltage spikes of the output rectifier was described. The model of the control system in peak current mode was built and the simulation in Matlab / Simulink environment was achieved. A 1.2kW prototype was presented. Simulation and experimental results show that the design of the power supply is feasible.关键词
