摘要

Abstract

To improve the heat transfer in electronic devices, a new fin type heat exchanger with grid square holes was proposed, and its heat transfer characteristics in natural convection condition was analyzed* Using orthogonal experiment method and the Fluent modeling software, 102 different structure kinds of fin type heat exchanger with different ratios of fin heights to intervals between them, and different ratios of square-hole side length to fin thickness were simulated respectively. Results included;Gr-Nu relation graphs when H/S-2 and b/S-Q ~4 under large space natural convection conditions; Gr-Nu relation graphs when b/8-1.5 and H/S =1 -10/3 under limited space natural convection conditions* Research results suggest that the new proposed fin type heat exchanger with grid square holes has the potential to achieve a better heat transfer performance under natural convection conditions. This paper can provide new thoughts and theoretical guidance for the heat design of electron devices,such as LED lamps.
