摘要

Abstract

A C-band,10% duty cycle grid-controlled CCTWT is presented. After a reasonable design for the electron gun, slow wave circuit and the applications of CAD simulation technique and 2. 5-D large signal beam-wave interaction programm analysis,the tube was improved,and the qualified tube had been manufactured. The research results show that on the condition of the equal driven input power and 14% relative wideband Tpulse output powers of this tube for the band are more than 12 kW,its efficiency exceeds 20% ,gain is at least 49 dB.
