摘要

Abstract

An automated mass test platform,ARM processor as its core and based on the RS485 is introduced. After discussing the overall design of the test platform,the hardware and software design methods will be described. The test platform has been tested and used in the actual operation,which meets the requirements of a variety of SoC products, it can be widely used in automated mass test to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
