摘要

Abstract

Four factors were optimized lor triptolide extraction through L16 (45) orthogonal design, which were solid-liquid ratio, methanol concentration, ultrasonic time, and neutral alumina dosage. It was showed that the four factors all have effect on the extraction of triptolide. Neutral alumina dosage had extremely significant effect on the extraction rate of triptolide, followed by methanel concentration, and the effect of ultrasonic time was minimal. When methanol concentration was 80% , solid-liquid ratio was 1: 35, ultrasonic time was 25 min, and neutral alumina dosage was 5 g, triptolide extraction rate was the highest.
