摘要

Abstract

By comprehensively detecting the main physical and chemical factors of breeding ponds in Sichuan province area, which include water temperature (T), pH value, dissolved oxygen (DO), chemical oxygen demand (COD) , nutritive salts, and so on, after using the quicklime method, we investigated the variations of corresponding key physical and chemical factors in this paper. Also, with the aid of acute toxicity experiment aiming for Procypris rabaudip, the accurate safe pH value 8. 565 was obtained. The results indicated that, it was feasible to take the pH value as a key index of the exact time for stocking the species after clearing ponds. Our study demonstrated that, five days of time was enough and suitable to stock the species after clearing ponds in Sichuan province area.
