6种常用渔药对福瑞鲤的急性毒性试验
Acute toxicity test of six drugs to FFRC strain common carp

Abstract
At water temperature of 26.0 to 27.5℃ and hydrostatic conditions in the room, the acute toxicity test of CuSQ4, high chloride, albendazole, BCDMH, trichlorfon and hundred of cyrtomium fortunei powder were conducted with FFRC strain common carp larvae, which average body length and average weight were （ 8.5 ± 0. 3 ） cm and （ 8.7 ± 0.2） g, respectivey. The results showed that the safety concentration of CuSO4, high chloride, albendazole, BCDMH, triehlorfon, hundred of cyrtomium fortunei powder were 0. 17, 3.86, 7.35, 11.70, 18.05, 70. 80 rag/L, respectively, the sensitivity in order of six kinds of drugs were CuSO4 〉 high chloride 〉 albendazole 〉 BCDMH 〉 trichlorfon 〉 hundred of cyrtomium fortunei powder. The safety concentration of high chloride, BCDMH, trichlorfon and hundred of cyrtomium fortunei powder were significantly higher than the production using dosage, so they could be used safely in cultivation of FFRC strain common carp. The safety concentration of CuSO4 was significantly lower than the production dosage, so the dosage should be reduced. The bath dosage of albendazole had not been reported in fisheries yet, so the test results could be used as reference in the future.关键词
