Abstract
Based on the single-factor experiments, a four-factor-three-level experiment design was developed by Box-Behnken central composite design method, and the extraction process of polyphenols from litchi pericarp was optimized by using response surface methodology. The result shows that optimal process condition is being treated for 15 minutes by ultrasonic waves of 150 W after soaked in 20% acetone at 4 ℃for 1 hour. Polyphenols extraction reaches up to 37.10%, which improved that extraction time was reduced and extraction rate increased. This can serve as a theoretical basis for the further processing and utilizing of litchi.关键词
