摘要
Abstract
Objective; To explore the operative method and feasibility of transumbilieal single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy (TUSLC) using common laparoscopic instruments. Methods: Clinical data of 67 patients who underwent TUSLC with ordinary laparo-seopic instruments from May 2010 lo Apr. 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. ResultejThree cases were converted to three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. 64 cases of TUSLC were successful. There were no any complications such as wound bleeding, hile duel injury, or bile duct stricture after operation. The surgery time was 65 to 145 min,the average was 82.4 min. Conclusions;TUSLC using ordinary" laparoseopie instruments is not only safe and effective,but inexpensive and beautiful with non-scarring for the patients, if surgeons master the laparoscopic cholecysteclomy expertly. Thus,this kind of operation is worth promoting in primary hospitals.关键词
