摘要
Abstract
Objective;To evaluate the therapeutic effect and operative method of retroperitoneal laparoscopic cyst decompression for renal cystic disease. Methods: Fifty-seven patients with renal cystic diseases were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic cyst decompression, including 51 cases of simple renal cyst and 6 cases of polvcystie kidney. The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed. Results:All operations were completed successfully without any serious complications. The operative time under laparoscope for simple renal cyst was 15-35 min,and for polycystic kidney 90-120 min. The blood loss of simple renal cyst was 5-20 ml,and polycystic kidney 30-60 ml. During the follow up of 3 to 24 months,no recurrence was observed in cases with simple renal cysl,and lumbar pain was relieved in cases with polycystic kidney. The renal function of 3 patients with polycystic kidney and renal insufficiency got better. Conclusions : Retroperitoneal laparoscopic cyst decompression is an optimum method for renal cystic diseases with advantages of minimal trauma, rapid recovery and definite curative effect.关键词
