Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical significance and operative method of single-port laparoscopy for the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic masses after hysterectomy. Methods:The clinical data of 53 patients with pelvic masses after hysterectomy who underwent single-port laparoscopy from Jan. 2007 to Jan. 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among all the patients,10 cases underwent frozen section examination,38 cases who got specimen in operation underwent regular pathological examination. The final diagnosis was made by the combination of intraoperative diagnosis and pathology;47 cases of ovarian tumor-like lesion,5 cases of benign ovarian tumor (1 teratoma,2 serous cystadenoma and 2 mucinous cystadenoma) and 1 case of ovarian cancer. Among them,41 cases underwent single-port laparoscopic surgery successfully, 11 cases were converted to standard 3-port laparoscopic surgery,and 1 case of ovarian cancer was converted to laparotomy. Conclusions: Single-port laparoscopy is effective and preferable for the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic masses after hysterectomy.关键词
