摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effect of microwave radiation in overweight environment on bone metabolism in rats,Wistar rats were exposed to microwave of 200 mW/cm2 under the +6 G environment,and then the concentrations of calcitionin,calcium,phosphorus and the activity of tartrateresistant acid phosphatase(ACP) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) were detected in serum.The intervention effects of Rana sylvatica Le conte oil and spinacene were observed.The serum calcitionin concentration and the activity of ACP and ALP decreased,while the calcium and phosphorus concentrations increased after the effect of microwave radiation in overweight environment.The intervention of Rana sylvatica Le conte oil had protective effect to the decrease of calcitionin content and the increase of calcium concentration to some extent.These results imply that the effect of microwave radiation in overweight environment enhances osteolysis and inhibits osteogenesis in rats,and the protective effect of Rana sylvatica Le conte oil is better than spinacene.
