摘要

Abstract

The unattached fraction of indoor radon progeny is one of the most important factors working on radon exposure evaluation.For a precise evaluation and analysis on radon exposure,detail information on radon progeny,especially its unattached fraction in real indoor environments is necessary to understand.In this paper,a new type of portable,low cost,reusable integrating monitor with etched track detector(CR-39) for field measurement on unattached fraction of radon progeny was deployed for a pilot survey on unattached fraction,and evaluation on radon exposure in different indoor environments was carried out.It was indicated by the results that the dose contribution of unattached fraction to that of total radon progeny is obvious,around 36%—62%.No big difference of dose contribution of unattached fraction was found in different indoor environments,and the biggest contribution of unattached fraction was found in coal mine.
