基于分子印迹电聚合膜的褪黑素传感器的研究
Study of Melatonin Sensor Based on Molecular Imprinting Technique and Electropolymerization Membrane

Abstract
A sensitive melatonin sensor based on molecularly imprinted electropolymer of o-phenylenediamine was proposed with melatonin as template molecule and o-phenylenediamine as functional monomers under the condition of weak acidity. The recognition performance of molecular imprinted membrane was studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and an indirect analytical method based on the media of potassium ferricyanide (K3Fe(CN)6) was established. The results showed that the molecularly imprinted film exhibited a quick response, a good sensitivity and selectivity to melatonin. Linear relationship between current and melatonin concentration was observed in the range of 1×10-10-5 × 10-8 mol/L. The detection limit (S/N=3) was 1. 0× 10-11 mol/L. The electrochemical sensor has been applied to the determination of melatonin in pharmaceutical preparations and human urine with the spiked mean recoveries greater than 94%.关键词
