摘要

Abstract

Triclosan (5-Chloro-2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy) phenol, TCS) was one of emerging environmental contaminants, which could cause potential ecological risks and impacts on human health. In present study, a [C8MIM][PF6]) micro-extraction (HF-LPME) method based on a hollow fiber supported ionic liquid (IL, 1-Octy1-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate was developed for determination of TCS in water samples by coupling with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Several parameters affecting the extraction enrichment factor, including extraction solvent, IL volume, sample pH, salinity and extraction time were investigated. Under the optimum conditions (donor phase volume: 50mL, pH: 2, salinity: 0. 2 mol/L NaCl, extraction time: 8 h, shaking speed; 200 r/min), the developed method offered high enrichment factor (907), low detection limit (0. 05 μg/L, RSD=7. 4% , n= 6) and good linear range (0. 1-100 μg/L). The proposed method was applied to determine TCS in a variety of environmental water, and satisfactory recoveries (94. 2% -108. 5%, RSD=5. 5% - 8%, n=6) were obtained, thus it was confirmed that the HF-LPME procedure could be widely used in determination of TCS at aquatic system.
