Abstract
Based on the employment situation of city planning specialty in Changsha University of Science and Technology,the paper discussed the talent training method for the characteristics of the students＇ practice in overall urban planning teaching.The paper summarized the experiences of urban planning practice,explored the talent training mode which paid attention to both research and application from cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise,initiative study method,the organization of the faculty.关键词
