增强表达PTEN蛋白对类风湿关节炎成纤维样滑膜细胞增殖的作用
The effects of PTEN expression on reproduction of FLS in rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract
Objective To study the effects of PTEN expression on the reproduction of FLS in rheumatoid arthritis ( RA ). Methods FLS were transfected with pLenti6/V5-PTEN for over-expression of PTEN. Subsequently, the expression of PTEN was assessed with RT-PCR and Western Blot. The proliferation of FLS was also assessed. Results After transfected with pLenti6/V5 - PTEN, the expression of PTEN mRNA and protein in FLS were significantly increased by 63% and 107. 85% , respectively ( P <0. 05 ). At the same time the proliferation of FLS was significantly reduced by 25. 14% , 41. 84% and 52. 46% at 48 h, 72 h and 96 h, respectively. Conclusion Lentivirus vector pLenti6/V5-PTEN can enhance PTEN expression, thus effectively inhibits FLS proliferation in RA.关键词
