维生素B12足三里穴位注射治疗眩晕的临床疗效观察
Clinical observation on efficacy of vitamin B12 injection on acupuncture point (zu san li) in the treatment of vertigo

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of vitamin B12 injection on acupuncture point (zu san li) for the treatment of vertigo.Methods 150 patients who received vertigo were randomly divided into observation group (78cases) and control group (72 cases).The patients in observation group received the vitamin B 12 injection on acupuncture point(zu san li) with routine management.At the same time the patients in control group received routine management only.The determination of condition was performed in all the patients after treatment and then the clinic effectiveness wascompared.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in the observation group and control group were 89.7％ and 63.9％ respectively,there was statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination of vitamin B12 injection on acupuncture point(zu san li) with routine management with routine management in treatment for vertigo is superior to routine management only.It is a simple,safe,effective method and worth of spread.关键词
