摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of CRP and VEGF in the diagnosis of ischemic colitis.Method The serum of CRP and VEGF in 59 patients with ischemic colitis and 30 healthy volunteers were tested and compared.Then the testing results of two groups were analyzed.Results CRP and VEGF levels of ischemic colitis patients group were significantly higher than those of the healthy group (P＜0.05); CRP and VEGF levels of ischemic colitis patients group were compared with the narrow type of ischemic colitis group,the result was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination of CRP and VEGF contributes to classification and differential diagnosis in ischemic colitis.关键词
