外科治疗急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的疗效观察
Surgical treatment of SMAE curative effect observation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of surgical operation treatment for acute superior meseuteric artery embolism (SMAE) patients.Method A retrospective analysis was carried out to 32 cases of SMAE in our hospital from March 2008 to March 2011.Results The intestine necrosis rate of early group was 47.06％,lower than that of the late group (46.27％); the mortality of early group was 5.88％,lower than that of late group (27.45％).As for the complications,4 cases found in early group accounting for 23.35％,which was lower than that of control group (43.31％).The involved statistical data analysis showed significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The method of surgical operation on patients with SMAE and embolectomy for early treatment is timely,accurate and standardized,which can obtain good therapeutic effect.关键词
