利维爱联合甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of livial combined with metronidazole in the treatment for senile vaginitis.Methods We selected 78 cases of senile vaginitis patients.All patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group had 39 cases which applied metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets vagina medicine treatment.The observation group had 39 cases which gained livial oral based on control group.Results After the treatment,every index of the patients was significantly improved except for endometrial thickness.There were significant differences before and after the treatment in the same group( P＜0.05 ).It was also significantly different between the two groups after the treatment( P＜0.05 ).Two months after the treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group was 100.00％,and 79.49％ in control group.It was significantly different (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment for senile vaginitis,livial combined with metronidazole has satisfactory curative effect and can control the recent relapse rate effectively.关键词
