Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of breast-conserving surgery combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in advanced breast cancer.Methods 54 cases with advanced breast cancer from January 2008 to December 2011 in our hospital were selected and analyzed,the curative effects of two methods of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and breast-conserving surgery were compared.Results Before chemotherapy,the total effective rate was 72.22％,the total installments reducing rate was 57.41％,44.44％ of patients acquired breast-conserving surgery conditions after chemotberapy,21 patients were given breast-conserving surgery,and during follow-up period there were no death and recurrence found.Conclusion Through neoadjuvant chemotherapy,some patients with advanced breast cancer might get the breastconserving surgical treatment conditions and the operation should be safe with good prognosis.关键词
