Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination therapy of high dose vitamin C and creatine phosphate sodium in treatment for children with viral myocarditis (VMC).Methods 120 children with VMC in our department were selected and randomly divided them two groups.Control group underwent anti-virus and symptomatic treatment while observation group received combination therapy of high dose vitamin C and creatine phosphate sodium.We compared the curative effect between two groups.Results ① The average recovery time of CK,CK-MB,and HBDH in observation group were much less than those of control group (P＜0.05).② Observation group had less clinical symptoms and DCG masccline ratio (P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of high dose vitamin C and creatine phosphate sodium has obvious clinical effect in treating children with viral myocarditis.关键词
