Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of compound donkey-hide gelatin syrup in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced anemia.Methods Patients with malignant tumors were randomly assigned to study group ( 25patients )or control group ( 25 patients ).The study group received 2 bottles of compound donkey-hide gelatin syrup twice daily for 15 days from the first day of chemotherapy; while the control group received no donkey-hide gelatin syrup.Results After two cycles of chemotherapy,Hb level was ( 118.44 ± 5.36 ) g / L in the study group and ( 108.92 ±6.84 ) g / L in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ); four cycles after treatment,it was ( 108.76 ± 6.72 ) g / L and ( 99.08± 7.82 ) g / L,respectively ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Compound donkey-hide gelatin syrup is efficacious in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced anemia.关键词
