Abstract
[Objective]To observe long-term (≧ 10 days) application of intra-aortic balloon pump in the treatment for patients and predict their prognosis.The intra-aortic balloon pump was used to treat myocardial infarction patients and cardiogenic shock,however,the safe period of intra-aortic balloon pump operation and the complications caused by long-term application were not yet to be determined.[Methods]A total of 88 patients including 71 males,17females,were applied with intra-aortic balloon pump for treatment.Among them,41 patients in the use of long-term (≧10 days) application of intra-aortic balloon pump for treatment.All samples were suffering from acute myocardial infarction and card iogenic shock,or they did not need maintenance therapy of coronary blood flow.but were subjects to long-term (≧10 days) application of intra-aortic balloon pump in the treatment of patients.Long-term (≧ 10 days) treatment group and conventional treatment group were compared.[Results]The basic conditions of the two groups did not show significant difference (P≧0.05).IABP group of long-term treatment (≧ 10 days) and conventional treatment group in terms of gender and pre-treatment,treatment within 6-,24- and 72-hour heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,respiration,oxygen were not the existence of significant difference (P ＞ 0.05) except for the oxygen of pre-treatment.Compared to that before treatment,the treatment of patients with IABP and 6 hours later the systolic blood pressure and oxygenation were significantly improved (P ＜ 0.05),in the IABP treatment within 24 and 72 hours,the exception of diastolic blood pressure,the heart rate,respiration,oxygen and contraction pressure were significantly improved (P＜ 0.05); Compared to those before treatment,the mean arterial pressure,cardiac index,aortic diastolic blood pressure of patients were inclased (P ＜ 0.01); multi-variable logistic regression model analysis showed that IABP long-term (≧ 10days) treatment did not affect the mortality rate of patients; IABP therapy,respiratory support time and PCI treatment of correlation analysis suggested that the earlier treatment to PCI,the shorter the time of IABP therapy and respiratory support would be.[Conclusion]Long-term (≧ 10 days) use of IABP does not affect the survival rate,it is feasible and safe.关键词
