内镜下不同止血措施对非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效对比
Comparative study on curative effects of different endoscopic interventions on acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Abstract
[Objective]To compare the therapeutic effects of different endoscopic interventions on acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding (ANUGB).[Methods]140 patients in our department from September 2009 to September 2011 were selected.These patients were divided into three groups depending on different endoscopic interventions,50 patients in local spray/injection adrenalin group,50 in argon plasma coagulation (APC) group and 40 in endoscopic titanium clips (ETC) group.The clinical effects in 3 groups were analyzed and compared.[Results]APC group and ETC group had higher rate of initial hemostasis than that in local spray/injection adrenalin group (P＜ 0.05).The rebleeding rate in ETC group was significantly lower than those in other two groups (P＜ 0.05).APC group and ETC group had better effective rate of hemostasis (P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant differences in hospital stay in three groups (P ＞ 0.05).[Conclusion]There are different characteristics in 3 therapeutic endoscopic interventions.We should choose appropriate endoscopic intervention to treat ANUGB.关键词
