Abstract
[Objective]To study the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life (QOL) in gynecology malignant tumor chemotherapy patients.[Methods]86 cases with gyn~ology malignant tumor were randomly divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=46).The observation group u~d normal chemotherapy and nursing,at the same time given nursing intervention,the control group used normal chemotherapy and nursing.The gynecology malignant tumor patients'QOL were measured and evaluated by European cancer research and the treatment organization develop (EORTC QLQ-C30) [Results]The overall function score was (50.10 ± 6.55) in observation group,control group wos (42.10 ± 5.66),QOL in observation group patient surpassed that of the control group (P＜ 0.01),the side effect in observation group was less than that in control group ( P＜ 0.01),but there was no significant difference in diarrhea between two groups(P＞ 0.05).[Conclusion]Implementation system nursing intervention can improve the gynecology department malignant tumor nursing technique and QOL.关键词
