摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the role of systemic nursing intervention in reduction of osteoporotic femoral neck fracture in elderly patients.Methods 146 patients with osteoporotic femoral neck fractures were randomly assigned to receive conventional nursing ( 73 patients,control group ),or systemic nursin9 intervention ( 73 patients,study group ).After a 2-year follow-up,postoperative functional restoration of the hip.joint,fracture healing,fracture recurrence,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of efficacy was 89.04％ in the study group and 72.60％ in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Rates of complication rate and fracture relapse were lower and average time to fracture healing was shorter in the study group than in the control group ( P＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Systematic nursing intervention for osteoporotic femoral neck fractures is efficacious and beneficial for prognosis.关键词
