摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of ureteroscopic swiss lithoclast(URSL) in treatment for ureteral calculi.Methods The 850 patients we accepted from 2006 to 2011 were treated with URSL.We observed the clearance,operation time,success rate and complication of the patients.Results The patients had a clearance of 91.1％,complication rate of 3.29％,operation time of (38 ± 7) minutes,hospital time of (4.5 ± 1.4) days and calculi removing time of (21 ± 5) days.The success rate of the URSL operation was 98.1％ while 16 patients couldn' t be cured by URSL.5patients of them were transferred to opened technique and 11 patients were transferred to extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL).Conclusion The URSL can effectively eliminate the ureteral calculi,which is easy and safe for operation with higher cure rate and less complication,and it's an ideal treating method.关键词
