An analysis on hysteroscopic inspection results in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion
目的 分析实施反复自然流产患者宫腔镜检查结果.方法 回顾我院2008年1月至2011年12月间反复自然流产行宫腔镜检查病人184例的临床资料,分析宫腔镜检查结果,对发现的宫腔病变进行治疗,观察再次妊娠的结局.结果 184例中127例(69.02％)存在宫腔病变,其中宫腔粘连70例(38.04％),子宫内膜息肉26例(14.13％),子宫内膜炎22例(11.96％),黏膜下子宫肌瘤3例(1.63％),部分性子宫纵隔6例3.26％).122例(96.…查看全部>>
