摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the total cavopulmonary connection in treatment of complex congenital heart disease clinical treatment result,summarize its clinical application value.Methods Three 2006 March to 2012 March hospital in52patients with complex congenital heart disease patients,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 52 patients before and after treatment,18 cases,effective in 25 cases,9 cases ineffective,early complications in 10 cases,4 cases died,the total efficiency of 82.7％.Conclusion Total cavopulmonary connection in treatment of complex congenital heart disease clinical therapeutic effect is ideal,to strictly grasp the operation indication,selection of operation,improve the cure rate,reduce mortality.关键词
