46例产后尿潴留原因分析及护理对策
Nursing measurements and reason analysis on 46 cases of postpartum urinary retention
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing measurement and study the reason of postpartum urinary retention (PUR).Methods 46 patients (from Jan 2011 to Dec 2011 in our hospital) with postpartum urinary retention were selected and retrospectively analyzed.Results The pathogenesis of PUR was correlated with the duration of labor,perineum,painless labor and mental health.Conclusions Efficient direction,teaching and nursing during the labor can prevent the occurrence of PUR.关键词
