改良清洁灌肠法在术前肠道准备中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of applying improved cleansing enema on preoperative bowel preparation,overcome the weakness of the traditional enema to improve the quality of enema.Methods 100 patients who required cleansing enema in general surgery department of the hospital before surgical operation from January 2011 to January 2012 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the improvement group were required to lie on the left later recumbent position and increase the depth of the intubation; combining with massage with the lower abdomen.The control group received the traditional cleansing enema.Time of cleansing enema,times for cleansing enema,solution volume for every times,total solution volume for the whole progress,situation of cleansing,condition of mucosa injury and patients' satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results There were significant differences between the groups in time of cleansing enema,times for cleansing enema and solution volume (all P＜0.01).Number of cleansing bowel,condition of mucosa injury and satisfaction degree of patients also had significant differences(all P＜0.01).Conclusions Compared with the control group,solution volume used for cleansing enema was larger,the time reduced and mucosa were no injury in the improvement group.Therefor,the improved cleansing enema deserves further clinical application.关键词
