快速多酶清洗液在手术器械清洗中的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of the fast multi-enzyme cleaning solution for surgical operating instrument cleaning.Methods 360 surgical operating instruments were collected,they were all tainted by the blood,and were randomly divided into two groups to clean,180 for each group,the control group was given the general cleaning,and the observation group was given the fast multi-enzyme cleaning solution on the basis of the general cleaning,and then we compared the clean effects and occult blood positive rate of the two groups.Results The merit rating of the observation group was 95％,the occult blood positive rate was 5.56％,and the merit rating of the control group was 50.56％,the occult blood positive rate was 49.44％,there was different statistical significance between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusions The fast multi-enzyme cleaning solution is used for the surgical operating instrument cleaning,it not only can clean downright,reduce occult blood positive rate,but also has features of easy operation and less operating instrument loss,and increase of service life.关键词
