摘要

Abstract

Because permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) is seriously influenced by ripple force and other disturbances, a method of adaptive inverse control based on wavelet neural network was realized combined with a PID control. In which the feedback error learning method was used to avoid obtaining Jacobian information of PMLSM. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve tracking precision and robustness compared with the PID control and combined feedforward plus PID control.
