摘要

Abstract

Red-skinned pear germplasm resources are widely distributed in the world, which cover mainly cultivated species including Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai, P. ussuriensis Maxim , P. sinkiangensis Yu ,P. pyrifolia White Pear Group and P. communis L.. In this article , the recent research on pear coloration mechanism and anthocyanin synthesis of red-skinned pear was summarized. And the kinds of pigments, the anthocyanin component and fruit trans-section structure during coloring process of the red-skinned pear were introduced. The function and structure of enzymes involved in anthocyanin synthesis were introduced including the corresponding structure genes and control genes and regulatory mechanism of transcription factors. And the effects of factors (light, temperature and other external factors) on anthocyanin synthesis and the control mechanism were expatiated. The research provided a reference for developing new efficient cultivation techniques and new type of bright-colored red-skinned pear.
