紫背天葵药材质量标准研究
Study on the quality standard of Begonia fimbristipulata Hance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality control standard of Begonia fimbristipulata Hance. Methods Cyanidin-3-O-glucoside was identified by polyamide TLC. The water content, total ash, acid insoluble ash and water-soluble extract of multiple batches were determined according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and their limits were set. And HPLC was performed to determine the content of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside. Results Clear spots were obseryed in the polyamide TLC with high specificity and good repeatability. The water content, total ash,acid insoluble ash and water-soluble extract for B. fimbristipulata should be less than 14% ,15% ,2.5% and 13% individually. The content of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside in B. fimbristipulata should not be less than 0.5%. Conclusion The quality control standard established in this study was suitable for evaluate the quality of B. fimbristipulata.关键词
