布渣叶药材质量标准的初步研究
Study on the initial quality standard of Microcos Paniculata L.
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard of Microcos Paniculata L. . Methods M. Paniculata was identified with TLC, and the contents of vitexin and narcissin were determined by HPLC. Results TLC identification for M. Paniculata was established. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 1 - 4 μg ( r = 0. 999 6) for vitexin and the average recovery was 96. 44% with RSD of 1. 68% ; The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 1 - 4 μg ( r =0. 999 6) for narcissin and the average recovery of narcissin was 97. 16% with RSD of 1. 85% . Conclustion The method of TLC and assay of the active ingredients from M. Paniculata were convenient and accurate, which may be used in its quality control.关键词
