籼、粳型转基因水稻花粉源基因飘流差异研究
Comparison of gene flow from transgenic Indica and Japonica rice pollen donor

Abstract
[Objective]Difference in gene flow between transgenic Indica and Japonica rice under the same condition was investigated to provide reference for controlling gene flow of transgenic rice. [Method]Taking Indica transgenic rice Bar9311 and Japonica transgenic rice B2 as pollen donors, conventional rice Texianzhan25 and male sterile line BoA as pollen receptors, gene flow frequencies from Indica and Japonica transgenic rice to conventional rice and male sterile line were studied by using cross-pollination with the wind in 10 m. [Result ]While taking male sterile line as pollen receptor, irrespective of pollen donor type, the frequencies of transgene flow (FTF) in Japonica transgenic rice to MS line in different distance were higher than Indica transgenic rice. The frequencies of FTF in Indica and Japonica transgenic rice to MS line within 10 m distance were 1.325-23.948% and 3.906-45.934%, respectively. While taking conventional rice as receptor, the FTFs from Indica and Japonica transgenic rice were 0.015-1.189% and 0.041-0.435%, respectively. In addition , within 6 m of distance, the FTF from Japonica transgenic rice was higher than that from the Indica transgenic rice at any distance, followed by the two FTFs intersecing over 6 m. The FTF of Indica and Japonica transgenic rice to MS line was much higher than that of conventional rice, and the FTFs showed descending trend with the increase of distance from pollen source. [Conclusion]FTF was affected by different pollen donors or receptors.关键词
