植物DREB转录因子研究进展
Research progress in plant transcription factor DREB

Abstract
Dehydration responsive element binding protein(DREB) is one of important transcription factors which play an important role in regulating the expression of stress-related genes in plants and improving their adaptability to adversity stress. In this paper, the cloning, structure characteristics, expression of DREB and its relationship to plant adversity stress, signal conduction and its application in plant adversity resistance gene engineering were reviewed, three existing issues in this area were put forward as follows: DRER transcription factors research under multiple adversity conditions, gene characteristics regulated by DREB and its regulation mechanism, regulation of DREB structure and expression regulation network composed of regulating genes. All the issues need further research to lay foundation for enhancing adversity resistance of crops and breeding crop varieties resistant to adversity.关键词
