耕作方式和大田水分管理对水稻氮素吸收利用的影响
Influence of field tillage patterns and water management on nitrogen assimilation and utilization in rice

Abstract
[Objective]The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of different tillage patterns and water management modes on nitrogen assimilation and utilization, and activities of nitrogen metabolism related enzymes in rice as well as soil nitrogen to provide references for optimizing rice cultivation techniques. [Method] Using Jinyou 253 and Guihan 1 as test materials, three water management modes such as wet irrigation, alternate irrigation and water layer irrigation and two soil tillage patterns such as non-tillage (NT) and conventional tillage (CT) in rice field were experimented in early and late seasons of 2008, the assimilation and utilization of nitrogen and physiological indicators of rice were determined al elongation, heading and maturity stages, respectively. [Result] Under the same tillage pattern, water layer irrigation could increase total nitrogen accumulation and nitrogen recover}' efficiency (NRE) in early rice relatively, increase GPT transaminase activity in leaves of rice and GS activity in leaves at elongation and heading stage oflate rice and at maturity stage of early and late rice of CT. Wet irrigation were beneficial to increasing nitrate reductase (NR) activity in rice leaves, GPT transaminase activity in rice leaves and nitrogem grain production efficiency at maturity stage, available nitrogen content in soil, and NRE in rice leaves in late rice, while decreeing rice yield of late season. Alternate irrigation was available for increasing GPT transaminase activity in leaves at elongation stage of early and late rice, and at heading stage of late rice, as well as GS activity in leaves at elongation and heading stage of early season. Under same water management mode, non-tillage was favorable for enhancing nitrogen accumulation in rice in alternate irrigation treatment, and total nitrogen and available nitrogen contents in soil of early and late rice. [Conclusion]Tillage patterns and water management modes played important roles in regulating nitrogen assimilation and utilization of rice, non-tillage and water-saving irrigation interaction was favorable for promoting soil nitrogen supplying capacity and nitrogen utilization efficiency.关键词
